Serge Bukhar is an accomplished entrepreneur and technology expert with over 20 years of experience in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) and financial services. He is the Founder and CEO of Atlas Technica, a premier MSP serving the alternative investment industry. Under his leadership, Atlas Technica has become a prominent service provider in the industry, with a focus on utilizing best-of-breed public cloud products and services. Prior to founding Atlas Technica, Serge served as the Head of Storage at Bridgewater Associates, where he was responsible for managing the entire storage architecture for the firm. Serge also served as the SVP of International Operations at another major MSP in the alternative investment industry, where he launched the London, Singapore, and Hong Kong offices and ran all international operations. Serge also launched Cloud offerings in London and Asia and advised clients in a Virtual CTO capacity on all aspects of Information Technology. Serge holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from NYU Stern School of Business, with concentrations in Entrepreneurship, Technology, and Leadership. He also has a dual BS/BA degree from the University of Florida.
CTO of Atlas Technica, overseeing its technology initiatives and providing technical expertise to Atlas’s global clients. Prior to joining Atlas, Viktor Tadijanovic was the Chief Technology Officer of Drawbridge, overseeing its technology initiatives and providing comprehensive cybersecurity subject matter expertise to Drawbridge’s global clients. Viktor was also the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Abacus Group, a provider of IT services for alternative investment firms. During his tenure at Abacus Group, he served as the firm’s technology leader and principal architect of their client platform. Earlier in his career, Viktor was a Senior Systems Architect at the Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), as well as a Technical Director at Eze Castle Integration, a managed service provider that delivers public cloud, private cloud and cybersecurity services to the global financial services sector, where he was responsible for managing technology delivery to hedge fund clients.

As a seasoned leader, Alex is at the helm of our service delivery functions, overseeing client support, onboarding, and the Network Operations Center. With an outstanding track record of assembling high-performance teams and a profound commitment to delivering top-notch service, Alex epitomizes the core values that drive Atlas Technica's excellence. His unwavering dedication to putting our clients first is reflected in his leadership, where he fosters a professional yet friendly environment that nurtures the growth and career development of our team members. Alex brings over 16 years of rich and diverse experience within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) landscape, with a remarkable 14-year tenure specifically in the alternative investment industry. Prior to joining Atlas Technica, he held several senior management positions at Eze Castle Integration, including roles as Senior Service Director, Director of NY Service, and Associate Director of Technology Services. Alex holds a bachelor’s degree in "Computer Systems and Networks" from Lviv Polytechnic National University, Ukraine. This strong academic foundation, combined with his extensive industry experience, positions him as a valuable asset to our organization and a key driver of our commitment to service excellence.

Adam Menkes is a sought-after advisor and leader in the alternative asset management industry with a deep understanding of technology and extensive business advisory experience. In his role at Atlas Technica, he leads sales, marketing, and partnerships, leveraging best-in-class public cloud products and services to deliver exceptional service to clients. Prior to joining Atlas Technica, Adam served as the Global Head of Operations at Drawbridge, where he played a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing operational functions. Adam has also held positions at renowned financial institutions, including Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley, where his responsibilities encompassed strategic planning, consulting, and providing analytical insights to drive effective decision-making. Adam Menkes holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University at Albany, SUNY and numerous technical and financial certifications and licenses.
Director of Operations
Shaun Setzler is a highly motivated and dedicated leader with 20 years of experience in operations, management, and human resources. Shaun is skilled in hiring, evaluating, and developing high-performing teams and has a proven track record of delivering exceptional service through strong communication and interpersonal skills. He previously held the role of Vice President of Operations for a national educational institution, where he successfully managed multiple responsibilities across seven locations and oversaw numerous international offices. His career also includes successive leadership positions as Director, National Faculty Operations Director, and Regional Academics Director. Shaun holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and History with a minor in Asian Studies.

Dedicated Associate Director of Finance with a proven track record in financial management and strategic planning. Bringing 8+ years of experience in finance, taxation, and corporate accounting. Skilled in financial analysis and business tax planning. Kholida joined Atlas Technica as a Financial Controller in 2022, demonstrating exceptional skills and leadership abilities, leading to a well-deserved promotion to Associate Director of Finance. Extensive background includes roles as an Experienced Tax Associate at BDO USA, Tax Accountant/Advisor at Eco-Tax Inc., Tax Expert at Intuit, and Financial Director at Splash Bottlers. Strong expertise in optimizing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and driving business growth. Holds certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA®) from Corporate Finance Institute®, and an Enrolled Agent (EA) from the Internal Revenue Service. She is currently pursuing a CFA and has recently been able to clear Level 1. Her ability to enhance financial excellence and strategic decision-making as an Associate Director of Finance significantly contributes to the growth and prosperity of Atlas Technica.

Ricardo Estevez is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in information security and technology leadership. Ricardo is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive information security strategies to safeguard the organization's assets and ensure compliance with industry regulations. His expertise in risk assessment, incident response, and security governance has been instrumental in protecting Atlas Technica’ s sensitive data and maintaining the trust of clients and stakeholders. Prior to focusing on information security, Ricardo made significant contributions to the company's growth and success by overseeing various departments, driving innovation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Before joining Atlas Technica, he held positions such as Vice President of Information Technology at Fore Research & Management, LP, and Director of Client Technical Services at Abacus Group. Additionally, Ricardo has dedicated time to working with autistic children and adults. With his extensive experience, Ricardo is recognized for his contributions to information security, technology leadership, and client services, making him a trusted professional in the industry.
Director of Onboarding
Scott Reardon is an agile technology professional who specializes in service management, project management, systems administration, and data analysis. Scott oversees the onboarding and project management functions at Atlas Technica and ensures that his team is continuously learning and developing technical and operational solutions to solve complex problems. Prior to joining Atlas Technica, Scott established and managed day-to-day operations for the Network Operations group at Eze Castle Integration. There, he contributed to global standardization and automation initiatives focusing on improving customer service while reducing waste and increasing profitability. Scott also held the positions of Director of Global Technology Services and Client Technology Manager where he managed large-scale support teams, implemented standardization measures, and oversaw technical project management. His earlier experience includes working as a Senior Information Technology Engineer at KMC Telecom, where he handled network and server administration duties. Scott earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Manhattan College, where he also served as the captain of the NCAA Division I Lacrosse Team.
